Ko mindfulness practice (in-person)
The aim of Ko is to ritually introduce a natural fragrance and allow the aroma to influence your body and mind. The goal is to mindfully “listen” to the nature of the fragrance, rather than simply smell it. Offered on Saturdays beginning at 9:30 am CST in-person at the Center. Just a reminder that the Center is closed on the 3rd Saturday of every month for a Family day for the staff.
